USAGE OF ESSENTIAL OILS- Consult information sheet for recommended dosage and cautionary notes and use as directed.

VAPORISER        Partly fill the bowl of the vaporiser with water and add 3-5 drops of essential oil. Light a ‘tea light’ candle under the bowl and allow to heat. The vapour will evaporate as the water warms. Refill water and add more drops as required.

BATH                   Fill bath to desired level. Add recommended number of drops and agiate the water to disperse the oil over the surface.

MASSAGE           Blend recommended number of drops with 10ml of carrier oil.
